iPhone App Helps People Learn to Read

The QBook series of apps by KiWA Media in New Zealand helps children learn to read.  According to the story linked below, the user can tap individual words or sentences to hear them read while they jump up in animated fashion for read-along effect so the text is associated with the vocal word.  Multiple languages are available.  iPad versions have been announced.

And you can put your content into a QBook for shipping through the App Store. (See the “For Publishers” link at the bottom of their web page.)
