Update: 10:40 am EST, retail store links now include iPad reservations. You can pick your store, reserve your iPad and pick it up on April 3rd. Payment is due at pickup. Orlando-area residents have 3 stores to choose from: Florida Mall, Millenia Mall, and Altamonte Mall.
As of 9:00 am EST, you can pre-order your iPad on http://store.apple.com
This order method will have it shipped to you. I could not find an option for picking it up at a retail store yet. Those sites still show forms to leave your email to be informed.
